Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana, on April 151976. Monroe Christian School was her private Christian primary school. She went to Ouachita High School for the second semester of her education. She then transferred into River Oaks High School after the summer. She attended Northeast Louisiana University briefly after the completion of her degree. Ward dropped out at 13 and moved to New York so that she could begin modeling. She attempted acting several years later. At first, in the 1970s she played an uncredited character in the show All My Children. A year later she was a part of the NBC premiertime drama for teens Malibu Shores. Late in 1996, Ward was cast in the role of Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. The year 1999 saw her career in film began when she starred as Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the romantic thriller The In Crowd. It was a theatrical not a success, but it did have an initial success on the cable market and on DVD. Ward played a support role in Shallow Hal the following year. Ward also was a guest on many TV shows and direct-to-DVD films. The character of Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 in which she was the mother of a teenage girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. For her private life, she's married to David C. Robinson. Together they have Cameron.
